We are looking for great people to create, lead and drive great teams.
We want our Store Managers to lead from the front and think BIG. We

You
will want to continuously develop yourself and others and be willing to
be held accountable in all that you do. You will be keen to have a
‘right first time attitude’ and believe in doing things well but
simple.
To maintain our stores you will have a flair for
working with our product – you will either come to us with that
knowledge or we will work with you so that in time you know as much as
we do about our merchandise.
You will have a desire to focus
on our customers ensuring that they have the best possible shopping
experience with Ethel Austin.
You will want to talk with our customers so that they feel welcome and valued in our stores.
