£24,000- £28,000 + bonus

As store manager, you'll be in charge of everything from profit and loss and meeting sales targets to recruiting and training up the team. The biggest challenge, however, will be creating an environment that gets everyone working together as a unit but gives each individual the chance to shine.
To start with, you need plenty of fast-paced retail management experience. Experience that goes developed your flair for sales and customer service and given you a good understanding of how a business is run. Beyond that, you need to get a real buzz from making customers happy, and genuinely fired-up by each new sales opportunity.
