An established, international footwear retailer is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Store Manager to join their team! With over 150 stores this is a brilliant opportunity for a retailer to join a reputable brand!! This recognised retailer offers a stress free way to buy shoes for you & your family, with products ranging from affordable own branded footwear too popular upmarket brands.
Applicants must have previous retail management experience. Fashion or footwear experience is essential and working within a fast paced, high turnover environment is must. Store Management experience is preferred, but Assistant Managers from a large turnover store will be considered. Experience of managing high levels of stock is important! As is having strong planning and organising skills and the ability to lead and motivate a large team of staff.
As the Store Manager your responsibilities will include; driving sales targets whilst ensuring high branch standards, recruiting and training your team to provide a great customer experience, being confident in dealing with high levels of stock and ensuring you are hands on at all times.
