This well known fashion company is looking for an experienced store manager who has worked in a multiple brand environment.
The Store Manager is responsible for managing the commercial direction of the Store, maximizing sales and profit for all the brands.
You should be able to demonstrate:
Ø The ability to manage multiple brands within the one site
Ø Proven commercial ability
Ø Leadership and communication skills
Ø Enthusiasm for fashion
Ø Excellent customer service skills
Ø Influencing skills
Ø Excellent people management skills
Expectation to:
Ø Meet/exceed sales targets
Ø Regularly monitor/review brand performance and direction with Sales Managers
Ø Oversees the brand/visual proposition for each brand
Ø Drive account performance
Ø Influence the Store profile
Ø Influence and drive the Store key performance indicators
Ø Control costs inc. staffing levels, stockloss and markdown
Ø Ensure compliance with all Store controls
Ø Exceed customer service expectations
Ø Recruit, develop and lead both the management and Store team
