We are opening a new Clearance Showroom in Coleraine and therefore we have an exciting new opportunity for a talented Store Manager to join us!
Main Responsibilities
• To support, through actions, the strategic goal of setting the benchmark for Sales, Standards and Service within our marketplace.
• To focus on the effective management of sales, costs, operations, service, communications and people within the store environment.
• To effectively lead and support the store team in achieving all targets predetermined by the strategic requirements of the business.
Person Specification
-Previous customer focused role
-Previous experience of managing a team
-Previous experience in managing a Sales environment
-Previous retail management experience (minimum of two years)
-Previous experience of managing a profit and loss account
-Smart personal appearance
-Clear, confident verbal communicator
