Store Manager - Poundland
As a Store Manager for Poundland you will deliver against agreed targets and goals in line with company strategy, whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to increase branch performance and ensuring objectives are met.You will possess excellent people management skills, including both leading and managing teams as well as the interpersonal and organisational skills to deliver an exceptional service.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch including people management, stock control, merchandising, budget management and planning.
You will have a solid background in a demanding, sales focused retail environment working to challenging targets.Ability to manage time and delegate effectively is essential and communication is key to motivating the team to achieve targets.
