Taking full day to day responsibility for a busy store focusing on maximising customer satisfaction and sales turnover through skilled leadership and management of an enthusiastic team, you will also be responsible for the P&L, cost control, budgets, space management and period-end forecasting.
Your commercial skills will be important, reporting directly on local competition and activities, and you will have plenty of opportunity to suggest and implement change to improve your store performance.
Experience in store management, health and safety on site, meeting deadlines on store administration, recruitment, development and coaching of staff to excel in customer service, sales and standards will be essential. You may hold a similar position or have experience as an assistant store manager, which if you have the necessary commitment and determination, you will be considered.
