Store Manager, Fired Earth
As a Store Manager with Fired Earth you will deliver a world-class luxury brand experience by consistently exceeding our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the designated Fired Earth shop and relevant staff, meeting all sales and control budgets to ensure maximum level of profit. You will carry out ongoing training and development of the team and you will maintain operational standards in line with company policies and procedures.
You will be involved in general administration for which IT skills are essential, as is having a good level of management retail experience. Experience of one to one selling within a similar environment would be a distinct advantage. Ideally you will have a GCSE or equivalent in Math's at grade C or above.
