Responsible for the day to day management of a busy retail store, you will have the drive and enthusiasm to lead your team from the front with passion and commitment to delivering a great customer experience as well as achieving challenging sales targets. For us being a Store Manager isn't just about selling. It's about developing your team, offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them when they're bewildered by choice.
You need to have proven experience of small team leadership within a retail or field sales position, ideally in a hard goods environment. You will have achieved sales targets and other KPI's through motivation of your team. You will be a confident, enthusiastic team player with a commitment to learning and developing yourself and your team. Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as basic computer literacy.
