We are searching for a STORE MANAGER for an established and fashion and homeware retailer who have become one of the success stories over the last decade. The format is unique, operating from large space, with a mix of out of town and high street locations.
A business that even in the current climate is performing well and continuing to grow and because of the expansion the opportunities to progress are real. The development of people and desire to promote from within is one of the businesses key priorities
You will have large turnover experience, ideally from a fashion background and be used to manage teams of 40+. You will be used to having full P&L accountability and the autonomy to make a difference.
Your salary can be boosted with a healthy bonus scheme of up to 30% as well as other benefits
