Our Client is one of the largest Retail groups in the MENA Region, they have succfully won the rights to a new brand specializing in housewares, furniture (indoor and out), and home accessories.
We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to Maximize company sales growth and profitability through creative sales skills and merchandising techniques, customer service and teamwork.
Oversee all activities affecting the store and its operation, including store sales, customer relations, merchandising, display and design.
Posses a complete understanding of company policies, philosophy and vision.
Act as lead merchant with the assistance from designers and management
Model and supervise company standards in regards to customer service, merchandising, leadership.
You should have
o Graduate with tertiary qualifications in Sales and Marketing/Retail Management and/or 5 to 6 years' retail sales experience in Senior Management role within Furniture or Housewares
o Computer literate with experience with Microsoft Office
o Excellent command of spoken and written English ; Knowledge of Arabic advantageous
o Professional appearance and demeanor
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Exposure to multi cultural working environments an advantage
We care ideally looking for candidates with international experience
