In response to strong market demand, we are seeking additional Senior Managers to enhance our existing team, with experience of strategy development and implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the future growth of our practice and work with a broad range of clients across a range of industries and government departments.


Responsibilities
*Participate in and, as required, lead Strategic Performance engagements
*Manage financial aspects of client engagements and work with partners and clients to resolve budget issues
*Assist partners and directors with generating new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships
*Understand all our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
*Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Strategic Performance professionals

Experience and skills
*Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions
*Ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholder to gain support for major changes and key decisions
*Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
*You will have knowledge and experience in one or more of our priority industry sectors:
oGovernment & Public Sector
oUtilities
oConsumer Products
oIndustrial Products
oTechnology
oCommunications & Entertainment
oHealthcare
*Strong track record of structuring and managing projects or programs of work, exceeding client expectations whilst managing project risks or issues
*Lead the delivery of workstreams within Strategic Performance engagements, helping our clients solve their most challenging business issues and problems
*Package overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products
*Facilitate and encourage collaboration amongst team members, and motivate teams to maximizing performance
