An employer of choice are looking to expand their existing team of subsidence claims handlers.
Duties will involve; handling and resolving all enquires from both custome and external contacts to ensure delivery of the focused claims service.
Must have CII foundation insurance test certificate, good knowledge of Microsoft software, in depth knowledge of principals insurance, significant of handling 1st party claims, knowledge of household and commercial property policy cover, good communication and customer service skills.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
