Substance Misuse Practitioner required to work on the Brief Intervention team. Will be working with young adults to prevent them becoming reliant on substances. Will be required to liase with families and work closely with the client. Experience of child protection and substance misuse is essential. Must have extensive knowledge of safeguarding and be able to carry a complex caseload.
