Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation based in County Durham looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administration into their team.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
• Establish and develop operational relationships with accounts contacts
• Support management of accounts from order processing to delivery on time
• Support the upkeep of critical systems related to demand flow
• Support phase in and phase out of product life cycles
• Support Demand, Sales, Order Book and Inventory reporting
• Support maintenance and control of inventory statistics
• Support maintenance of related Supply Chain Administration Manual Documents, including critical process maps and operating instructions
• General Supply Chain administration and telephone calls
• Cover other Supply Chain administration as required
The successful applicant must have proven experience in a similar role, be able to work on their own initiative, be a team player and have good communication skills.
You must be PC literate with a working knowledge of and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Having the ability to multi-task and being able to deal with a varied workload is essential.
