I.T Support Analyst
Exciting new role within a World Wide Organisation Based in Solihull.
I.T knowledge is essential and the company are looking for a candidate that has an I.T degree or equivalent for this role.
Both written & verbal communication skills have to be to an excellent standard.
Permanent role with progression opportunities.
Key Tasks To answer customer calls to the Service Centre and respond appropriately
To analyse customers calls efficiently and log the required detail correctly
To resolve customers' calls to their satisfaction within agreed timescales; regularly communicate call progress to customers
An excellent telephone manner is essential, with a will to learn and develop existing skills and the ability to work well within a team.
It is also essential that the candidate can work under pressurised situations but maintains professionalism and the ability to keep analytical skills and work completed to a high standard.
