Our client is looking for a talented Internet Support Manager to join their growing team. The Internet Support Manager will be based in Edinburgh. Our Client, is an industry expert in Web development, with offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. This is a superb opportunity for any talented internet support manager as you will experience a wide variety of interesting internet support work.
The Internet Suport Manager will be responsible for:
Management of the Internet support team
Support ticket management
Communications with customers and the internal technical team
Essential experience and skills:
Experience in the web development / internet solution industry
Understanding of software development
Excellent communicator (written and oral) to both customers and the internal technical team
Experience with support ticket management software
Ability to prioritize and good time management skills
Ability to sustain a high quality of work whilst delivering to tight timescales
Team management experience
Experience with content management systems
Usability and/or an understanding of user interface design
Desirable experience and skills:
Experience working within a small to medium sized company
Project management
Producing task estimates
Website accessibility
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
Web analytics
