Support Worker - Part time

If so the staff and residents at Kenwyn Care Home would love to meet you.
As a Support Worker you are the very heart of our operation. Under the supervision of nursing staff, our care staff are the first line of contact with our residents: genuine care for their well-being will come naturally to you. Your contribution, to the home and to the residents' happiness, is never underestimated.
Requirements
Experience in support work is not essential as we will provide comprehensive training in our specialist areas of care. All we ask is that you have a genuinely caring approach, and relish working with frail older people and those with dementia.
Ideal Support Worker candidates should have:
.good interpersonal skills
.the ability to work on own initiative
.be reliable, dependable and committed
.work well in a team
