We are currently looking for care workers to work with adults with learning difficulties in the Cambridge area. The successful candidate will be required to carry out Assessments, Care Plans and participate within the Duty System. Other responsibilities may include organising Care packages, short stay, respite, longer term and Nursing placements. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and understanding of the physical and emotional needs of adults with both learning and physical disabilities and will have previous experience in a similar role.
Hours can be flexible and can include days, evenings, weekends and waking night shifts but need to be consistent on a weekly basis in order to provide continuity of care to service users.
