The company has extensive partnering experience with a number of key industry players and operates across a number of sectors including highways, local authorities, airports, defence and private enterprise.
They are currently recruiting for a Surfacing Contracts Manager to be based from their Ipswich office and manage their road surfacing and asphalt contracts for Highways Agency areas across the South East. You will also be working with local authorities helping to deliver in both infrastructure maintenance and individual projects, from road surfacing and to park and ride schemes, footways and cycle-ways.
Suitable candidates should have a relevant surfacing background with comprehensive understanding of roads maintenance, black top and asphalt, and have comprehensive skills in dealing with public sector clients. You will have experience of managing large surfacing teams and site supervisors simultaneously, across a wide area, and be fiscally acute to manage budget and programme in parallel.
Due to the number of sites predominantly in the East Anglia area, candidates must have a local knowledge of the region therefore our client will only accept applications from candidates already based in the South East.

Skills
