Job Role
Ordering parts for all Nordic countries.
Complete action plan effectiveness analysis on a weekly basis.
Analyse customer satisfaction feedback for reporting.
Analyse onsite appointment effectiveness.
Global account analysis.
Call Logging.
Queue manage work load.
Skills Required
Must speak fluent Swedish or Norwegian
Some technical experience preferred.
Call centre experience preferred.
Ability to identify and improve processes.
