Role: Swedish speaking Administrator
Location: New Barnet
Salary: £21,000 pa

A position has arisen to work for an international company based in New Barnet. As a fluent Swedish speaker you will be responsible for supporting the Norwegian Sales team in all aspects of administration.
Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish are essential for this role.

Duties are to include and will not be limited to :
Supporting clients with queries
Coordinate tender proposals
Produce quotation reports
Support the Sales Team and Technical Support teams, plus other departments as and when required
Involvement with the conference/ exhibitions process, to include roadshows and sales meetings
Dealing with monthly reports to keep abreast of industry and competitor knowledge
Maintain an up to date filing systems on behalf of the team
To be pro-active and re-active to the teams needs
Dealing with telephone, e-mail queries in both Swedish and English
On the odd occasion be prepared to attend client visits and promotional events

Previous experience of working in an administration capacity is essential for this role.
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
