Our client is seeking confident, motivated and reliable Swedish Speakers to provide technical support to Swedish Consumers of various Telecomunication devices. Full training is given however some experience in customer services would be advantageous.
This role includes the following duties.
- Resolving queries in a knowledgable and proffessional manner
- Accurately logging call information
- Being proactive about own development(e.g. Undertakingproduct familiarisation.
- Understanding customer care and applying to calls
- Maintaining a hight standard in personal KPI targets.
- Working in and with a team to share knowledge gained to improve interactions with customers
