Our overseas based swim instructors provide professional, fun, and lively but effective swimming lessons for adults and children aged 3 years and above.

What You'll Be Doing

You will make our customers feel special through the delivery of organised swimming lessons in a safe and friendly manner. The lessons are an intensive course provided in block sessions, over the duration of the customer's holiday. Abilities vary from parent and babies, non-swimmers and beginners, to more competent swimmers who want to improve their swimming ability.

You will drive customer satisfaction by taking a proactive and innovative approach to service, making sure that the holiday experience is tailored to every individual and that it is as much about fun and enjoyment as it is about progression.

You will undertake all administrative duties that are required to organise the swimming lessons, keeping records, handling cash, and checking equipment and stocks.



What We're Looking For
  • ASA Level 2 swim teaching qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable experience of swim teaching.
  • Experience of working with children.
  • A current Rescue Test for Teachers and Coaches of Swimming
  • Well organised with experience of promoting services and products to customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with children.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company needs.
  • British/EU passport
  • UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
  • Resident in the UK/Ireland for a minimum of the last two years
  • Aged 18 or over due to critical business reasons whilst working overseas eg. Local law requirements
  • A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (N.P.L.Q)
  • A current First Aid qualification is desirable
  • Any additional swim teaching discipline is an advantage (syncro/waterpolo/aquafit/lifesaving/parent & baby)
