Systems Accountant - Part Qualified
Glasgow £highly competitive
6 months fixed term contract (longer term prospects) for an experienced Part Qualified Accountant with a background in systems accounting. Our client is in the process of implementing a new ERP system and ideal candidates will have experience of an ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft etc.
Working within a dedicated finance team your remit will be varied and will include financial reporting and systems accounting duties -
* Project activities involving migration and integration duties re the legacy and new systems.
* Associated reconciliation activities.
* Management information reporting
* Analysing general ledger activity
* Data migration activities
*Analysing balance sheet activity.
Ideal candidates with have a financial/management accounting background gained in a large organisation together with strong systems accounting skills and previous working knowledge or working as part of an ERP systems implementation team.
