Systems Analyst/Change Agent - Project Management - West Sussex/Worthing
ISL is actively recruiting for an experience Business Systems Analyst/Change Manager to join a large and established IT function for a successful business in the West Sussex/Worthing area.
My client are looking to recruit an individual who can take on a multi faceted role covering the delivery of software applications to the internal users and external clients. Working closely with various internal teams you will play a significant role in the continued improvement, development and support of all applications.
You will need to display a range of qualities and skills covering areas such as systems/business analysis, project management, service delivery and change management.
You will be seen as the go to person for all technical projects and deliveries in the business and utilising you excellent service delivery and communication skills you will liaise with all relevant people to ensure everything is on track. This could range from the early research and identification of a potential new concept through to ensuring the solutions being implemented and adopted at go live.
This role will require an individual to be on call (likely 1 week in 4) as you will be an on site troubleshooter so the client requires an individual to be locally based to their offices.
