The successful Systems Architect will have strong systems engineering experience with a practical understanding of digital modulation techniques.
Experience designing RF system architectures and designing digital signal processing in the FPGA or DSP, for baseband applications in digital radio systems.
An appreciation of RF design techniques and hardware/software drivers would also be advantageous.
Experience of leading design engineer teams is essential as is excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work within a pressured environment with conflicting timescales and priorities.
