Our client, a national firm of IFA's, currently has an opportunity for a T&C Supervisor to join their growing team.
Candidates will be responsible for a range of duties including supervising advisers through initial and ongoing stages of T&C scheme via coaching and formal 121s, Case checking support for non company competent advisers before they are submitted to the HO team and other compliance work as the business dictates, i.e. procedures, training support team and advisers, supporting regional meetings, assessing cases pre sale for risk. Whilst this role is based in Leeds candidates will be expected to travel throughout the UK at least a couple of times a month.
The successful candidate needs to have very strong organisational and prioritisation skills and be capable of managing self and working with a team that is expected to fairly share and manage own workloads.
In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary of upto £33k as well as an excellent benefits and bonus package.
