Due to
expansion, the company now have several opportunities for Telemarketing
Executives (min 6 months telesales exp) looking to make a career move and
increase their earning potential.
THE ROLE
Working is a busy, open plan Call Centre, making
outbound business to business calls in order to build long term relationships
with “intermediaries”, enabling them to offer added value service to their
clients.In other words, you will contact
businesses who have a business client base (e.g. Insurance Brokers, Accountants
Etc.).
You will be responsible for contacting these clients
in the form of a mail-shot or an invitation to one of our Employment Law/Health
& Safety conferences, before arranging a sales appointment with a local
representative.
Main Accountabilities
To ensure achievement of daily targets
To maintain a high standard of quality to maximise
the company’s performance
Ensure all leads are dealt with as soon as possible
and that they are exploited to their full potential
To ensure planning and preparation is of the highest
standard
To maintain and update the computer system after each
call, both incoming and outgoing ensuring the contact information tells us “a
story”
To ensure all cancellations and appointments are
communicated to relevant parties efficiently
To keep a high standard of professionalism at all
times
All work-stations must be kept neat and tidy with
minimal disorganisation
Administration to be completed on a daily basis
outside of peak call times
Efficient communication between internal and external
sales at all times
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
B2B cold calling experience (min. 12 months)
Lead generatating skills required
Strong communicator, with excellent telephone manner
Outgoing personality, with strong organisational
skills and a tenacious nature
Professional and intelligent approach to work
