DO YOU HAVE TICKETING EXPERIENCE?

Do you have excellent knowledge of Amadeus? This specialist long haul Tour Operator based in West Sussex is looking for Ticketer to join their Ticketing department.

Role of Ticketer:

* Ensure all bookings are correct and accurately build a fare for each booking
* Monitor and action allocated queues on a daily basis to ensure all tickets are issued within the set timescale and deadlines
* Issue paper or e-tickets for all bookings
* Loading fares for scheduled airlines
* Dealing with refunds and cancelations
* General administration

Skills required for Ticketer:

* Must have previous ticketing experience within the travel industry
* Must have work experience using a GDS
* Knowledge of scheduled airline ticketing procedures
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of airline ticketing rules and contracts
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
