TRAINEE FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE Long term prospects and career development plan £18.5k Basic rising to £20.5k after 1 year and upto £24.5k after 2 years + OTE (uncapped) + Company Car after 6 months + Bens Our client is a global organisation currently seeking an ambitious and driven sales executive to join their Manchester based team.Excellent long term prospects and rewards. THE ROLE: An office based full cycle sales role with field sales responsibilities.As a proactive sales account manager you will be responsible for creating and retaining an account base, managing both new and existing accounts from initial sale right through to service delivery and beyond, securing long term relationships and repeat business from your client base within a competitive market. Will involve telesales cold calling and making your own appointments to visit clients face to face within your target area. Managing your time and diary effectively. After training you will go out on client visits straight away with 5-6 appointments per week within the first year. A fully expensed car will be provided after 6 months.This is a targeted role within a team environment. THE REQUIREMENTS Due to the immediate demands of the role all applicants must be able to demonstrate the following: - Proven experience within business to business sales - you will have gained full cycle telesales experience and will be capable of the full sales cycle from cold calling and creating pipelines to closing deals and managing ongoing business.

- A confident “can do” attitude with a natural work ethic and ability to deliver results
- Corporate, confident and smart capable of negotiating confidently with clients face to face to secure long term relationships
- A full valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
