A highly regarded travel agent based in the Brighton is looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join this successful travel agent. This travel agent is renowned for its high level of customer service and has many repeat clients who will testify to its reputation.
Role of Travel Agent:
*Dealing with booking worldwide reservations for customers over the phone and face to face
*Reservations for both package holidays and tailor-made itineraries
*Reservations for all ancillary products (car hire, insurance, transfers)
*Using a Reservations CRS system
*Providing destination advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
*Providing a high level of customer service
*All other travel agent responsibilities
Necessary travel agent / reservations experience:
*Experience of working within a travel agent dealing with travel reservations
*Experience of tailor-made reservations
*Good worldwide destination knowledge
*Excellent customer service experience
