Tailor Made Cruise Consultant
Based in any accessible part of the City of London, our client, an established Long Haul
Tour Operator who offer a fast personal booking service to their clients, due
to expansion is looking for a talented Cruise consultant to join their growing
team.You will be dealing with in-coming
enquiries you will be using your expertise in this field and tailor-making your
customers cruise holidays from a product range including all major liners.It will be your responsibility to ensure that
the enquiries that you deal with are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and
maximising the sales opportunity offered to you while always offering an
excellent customer service.You will
need to have an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to deal with a
wide range of people and able to build up rapport with clients effectively. You
will enjoy the buzz of working in a lively sales environment and enjoy the
stimulation of friendly competition amongst your colleagues.This role will suit some one who has a passion
for cruise and is able to paint a picture of the experience to the general
public.
