My client, an independent management school, is looking for a Tailored Business Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis. In this role you would play as significant role in ensuring that the department is perceived as a centre of excellence. The role will involve: -Acting as primary contact for clients which will include understanding client needs, building client relationships, attending client meetings and presentations and participating in contract negotiation. -Developing a strategy for winning qualified new leads. -Producing proposals, presentations and other materials to meet clients requirements. -Providing coaching and feedback on success/failure. -Leading and managing business development activities and projects. -Other business development activities and duties as required. To be successful in this role you must have: -Excellent communication skills. -Strong client relationship management skills. -Good IT skills. -Commercially aware. -Flexible and organised approach. -Strong IT skills. -Ideally a sales or marketing qualification. -Project Management skills. -Educated to degree level or equivalent.
