This large blue chip client requires and exceptional team manager to effectively manage resources to ensure quality, consistency and excellence of service.The successful candidate will ideally have gained their management experience from an operations, business to business or outsourcing environment and will be required to ensure the delivery of excellent service through client retention, support & development.
The role requires the following credentials:
Leadership - energy and ability to motivate (leading team of 8 to 10)
Leadership - inspire and lead a team through change (culture and evolution of roles)
Lead peers - step up and lead projects with other Team Managers. In order to drive change across peer group
Experience of working in a pressured environment where demanding clients require quick resolutions.
Performance manage their team - set objectives, coach team members.
Develop the team
Results driven - use of dashboard to manage the team
Passionate about customer service. Build relationships with clients. Hungry to learn how to account manage clients.
Good problem solving skills. Comfortable using data to analyse and solve problems.
Understanding and experience of driving continuous improvement
