Care Team Leader (Older Peoples Services)
A reputable Housing Provider based in Bath are looking to recruit a professional specialist to join their residential home as a Care Team Leader for a period of 6-12 months.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for organising and supervising the delivery of care and support services to service users living in the home along with managing the care team on site.
It is essential that the successful Team Leader has extensive knowledge of providing care service to older people, has experience of motivating and supervising others in order to maintain a high level of service to clients and possesses an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
The successful applicant will have NVQ Level 3 or be working towards it. Experience of dispensing Medication is also essential.
