We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to work within a Housing Service located in Bath.
You will be required to lead, support and develop Care Assistants leading by example and promoting good practice.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a sensitive and efficient care service to residents, which enhances their quality of life.
Successful candidates will be required to have previous experience of working in a care setting, ideally with older people and hold a NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent or a willingness to work towards.
All applicants must have a recent CRB and be flexible to meet the needs of the service in order to start immediately.
We offer excellent rates of pay of up to £7.74 per hour in return for your skills and experience.
