We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join us. Working in a target driven and customer orientated environment, you will manage and develop a team of field based agents who lend and collect on behalf of Shopacheck Financial Services. Shopacheck, part of Cattles plc, provide short term home collected credit to customers, with repayments collected weekly by agents.
On a weekly basis, you will meet with your agents to set targets, review performance and provide training and support. All activity is constantly up to date via our use of electronic mobile technology, making it easy for you to monitor and manage the agents’ performance.
To apply, you must hold a full UK driving license as this varied role involves an element of field based work. You will be required to accompany agents and visit customers to collect weekly repayments. A flexible approach to working hours is vital, as is the ability to be able to respond to a range of different circumstances.
