Our client a well-established tour operator, is now looking for an experienced Team Leader. You will be reporting to the Call Centre Manager and be responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales and quality targets set for your team. You will be the primary coach and motivator of your team, with the primary focus on maximising revenue and identifying sales opportunities from every phone call. This is a key role, which requires a hands-on approach to maximising sales and service level targets, whilst also ensuring that customer service is maintained at all times. Initially, key responsibilities will be to work closely with HR and the Call Centre Manager- to recruit, train set up a team of home workers. The successful applicant will have experience in managing a team. As you will be responsible for home workers and will occassionaly be required to visit them you will need to be flexible and hold a full drivers licence.
