We are currently looking for a Qualified Team Manager for a role within an Adoption Team based in Worcester.
You will be responsible for providing supervision to Adoption Social Workers, allocating and monitoring work,duty oversight during working hours, and other management tasks.
You will need to have experience of supervising staff at team manager level within a child care setting.
The ideal candidate will be GSCC registered, must have a recent CRB check, must have a good understanding of UK practice and have legislation experience.
As the role may require some travel all successful candidates require a clean driving licence and access to own transport.
We can offer you an excellent temporary role with a good rate of pay; up to £30 per hour, plus good benefits.
