Our client is looking to recruit an experienced social worker, with a proven track record in Child Protection, to lead a Social Care Team in Peterborough.
You must hold a Diploma in Social Work, along with valid GSCC registration and be able to demonstrate a commitment to, and expertise in, managing Children's Social Care within a Performance Management Framework that supports the priorities of the Service, Department and Council.
As you will responsible for 8-10 members of staff you should also have excellent communication skills and be able to supervise and motivate a team.
