Wonderful chance to join this rapidly expanding contact centre firm, as Team Manager
The call centre Team manager will be responsible for a team of around 12-20 customer services and inbound sales staff. You will be looked to lead and manage them in all aspects day to day, from motivation and coaching to handling any disciplinary actions as needed
You will have previous call centre/contact centre experience, either inbound or outbound, but key is your ability to be proactive and manage your own time effectively. You must be used to the fast pace of the call centre world, and happy working on several projects at once
