The North West’s fastest growing Estate Agent is looking for an experienced people manager with an in-built passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
Based at our flagship branch/HQ in Manchester city centre, you will be a born leader who thrives in a fast paced and high-pressure environment. A natural motivator, you will empower and support a growing team to live and breathe our challenging business objectives.
With at least 2 years experience of leading and developing a team in a customer focused environment, you will have honed your Management toolkit and know how to get the best out of people. Having full responsibility for monitoring, managing and motivating team performance you will also play a vital role in recruitment, training and performance management. You will be able to integrate into the current dynamic team, whilst making an impact with your own initiatives and enthusiasm.
This is a demanding environment and you will thrive on leading in a change orientated business, often juggling between urgent/important and regularly reprioritising activities. You will therefore require superb planning and communication skills. The successful candidate will also be flexible, resilient, decisive and a dependable team player. Above all else should be your hunger to succeed and be the best in the business.
Property industry experience is not necessarily required however a solid track record of delivering results in a service industry is essential. You will be using our sophisticated lettings software and other online tools so you must be computer literate with a good understanding of MS office.A full driving licence is essential.
