Working in Crawley for a large organisation, a 12 month contract is available for a Team Member Payables working within the financial shared service function. Duties will include processing invoices within strict deadlines across all operating companies; checking & validation of invoices, matching to purchase orders, co-ordinating invoice approval and coding of charges to appropriate nominal ledgers; capture of invoices within the AP system(s); processing electronic bank payments via BACs; instigate / resolve invoice queries and ad hoc duties when required. Applicants will have purchase ledger experience preferably within a large organisation, be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and be a good team player.
