We are looking for a Team Secretary to provide full secretarial support to the services division within a leading FMCG organisation.

The Role

·Organising and managing diaries, managing conflicts within a large & complex organisation

·Coordination of meetings and conference calls

·Travel organisation and management

·Production of Board reports

·Attending meetings and taking confidential minutes

·Dealing with all routine correspondence and draft responses

·Providing full telephone and administrative support

·Administering departmental and holiday records

·Managing expenses where necessary

·Dealing with general admin and organisational matters

·Managing budgets for travel and meetings

·Other special ad hoc projects as required


The Person

·Proven team secretarial experience within a blue chip company

·Excellent organisation skills to effectively prioritise and time manage

·Successfully coordinate meetings in accordance to budgets.

·Flexible and can adapt to a constantly changing environment

·Ability to work on own initiative

·Excellent attention to detail

·Ability to work to tight deadlines and work with integrity

·Strong computer skills on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

·Be degree educated or equivalent
