We have a current vacancies for a Technical Helpdesk Agent, on behalf of HP Enterprise Services - based at the Bracken Hill Business Park in Peterlee.
This role mainly involves working within a contact centre environment and resolving 'inbound' queries on a variety of technical issues.

The role is one that has working hours between 6.45am til 10pm Monday to Friday, but most of the time is worked between 8am-6pm. The role requires 7.5 hours daily and a total of 37.5 hours per week.
You will be required to support a key corporate client and as such will be required to undergo an extensive background check, provide full 3 year references and undergo a criminal record check.
