As a Technical Author you will develop innovative ways of providing user information to our clients, working with key internal teams and stakeholders to constantly improve internal processes and the client's experience. Responsibilities
- Ensure user information production meets the agreed product release plans, including simultaneous release of multi-lingual user information
- Work with the Solutions Product Director to identify short, medium and long term improvements across the function.
Requirements & The Individual- Proven experience within a software product organisation in the production of quality user information
- Experience of AuthorIT essential, Adobe Acrobat/Distiller, Robohelp preferred
- Experience in the production of multi-lingual user information preferred
- You will have excellent communication skills, coupled with a belief in team work and the drive to constantly improve
