An excellent technical record is at the forefront of our client’s strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Technical Manager your role will be dedicated the needs of one high profile customer and delivering the highest level of technical support to them.
Your will be responsible for product quality, customer complaints and trend analysis, and critically supporting NPD through process development and product trials alongside the process technologist. You will be a key technical contact for the customers answering day to day queries and providing information where required. Internally you will support the audit process, and constant evolution of quality systems to make sure technical points of difference are clear.
We are seeking a food science/food technology or related graduate qualification with industry experience gained within a food manufacturing environment within the technical environment. You should be able to work with, and where appropriate, present to customers and experience should include a strong understanding of current industry legislation, food labeling, finished product specifications and supporting process development.
