My client is an expanding company based in Bury St Edmunds and they are currently recruiting, the candidate must have at least 5 years solid experience in a field based role and be able to deal with customers at a senior level. They will be required to carry out the full range of I.T. services for small to medium businesses – mostly in the East Anglia region although some national coverage is required. There will be a mix of field based installation work as well as remote and on site support to an established, yet varied customer base. As well as the standard technical function, there will also be a requirement to cross train on the installation of our range of software packages which include off the shelf and bespoke products.

• Microsoft server products: Windows Server / Small Business Server / Exchange Server – all versions
• Microsoft desktop operating systems: Windows 2000 / XP / Vista
• TCP/IP: LAN and WAN
• DNS management
