Technical Director / Infrastructure Project Management / Business Analysis. Based in Chorley, Lancashire, Northwest England. Salary / Package £65k-£70k - Experience within Infrastructure maintenance, technical architect, development, LAN / WAN,Helpdesk Support, BPR, Business Process, User requirements, Managing Bespoke Software Environment, Security, Disaster recovery, Implementing SLA's.
Our client is presently a SME based within Lancashire and is fast becoming a market leader in an established marketplace. They have doubled in size in the last 12 month and are on course to do the same this year and next. An established client base in place they are rolling out their security parking product throughout the UK and now seek an experienced Technical Director to help them grow their business and set in place a solid IT Architecture and Environment. You will have fastidious attention to detail, quick to understand and address technical issues within the business in mind. You will take ownership of all Technical areas and be an excellent '360 degree' communicator. You will have a passionate outlook and have perhaps already completed a similar role in the past with another SME.
Background:
3-4 years at appropriate senior level with good experience and skill-set
Small/SME company backgrounds,
Key Skill-sets:
People and Project management
Having led and built Technical Support teams, Development teams, and managed external resource/supplier management
Technology experience
Programme Development, System / Coding, Infrastructure Support, Server design and management, Process, Procedures, Mapping and system design and management.
Development Environment: Visual Basic, ASP, Crystal, SQL, WAN / LAN, Data Analysis,
Other skills and experience within: Supplier Management, Management of SLAs, Project Management and Proficient in all project management software
Communication: Able to work with and communicate with Board / Exec Team / Cross Function. You will be an effective team player
Confident in front of Board and have the ability to play effective role cross-function with peers
